Faith Formation

Faith Formation Programs

St. Mary’s Parish community strives to serve all ages, inviting parishioners in every season of life to commit to growing in spirit and faith through our formation programs.

Religious Education

Religious Education

The Religious Education Program is offered to all young people in grades Pre-K to 6.  This program is meant to supplement the religious formation already happening in the home.  Parents are the first and foremost educators of their children.  As a community of the faithful, we at St. Mary’s, pledge to provide instruction in the Catholic Faith and encourage participation in the weekend Masses.

Youth Ministry

St Mary’s Youth Ministry empowers young people to live as disciples of Christ in our world today and to foster their total personal and spiritual growth.

The Catholic Church – What we believe

This is the faith of the Catholic Church!

The core of our faith can be found in our Creed.

This Creed is beautifully expanded in the Catechism of the Catholic Church.

“Our profession of faith begins with God, for God is the First and the Last, the beginning and the end of everything. The Credo begins with God the Father, for the Father is the first divine person of the Most Holy Trinity; our Creed begins with the creation of heaven and earth, for creation is the beginning and the foundation of all God’s works.”

—the Catechism of the Catholic Church, no. 198
